You can check your email authentication status easily. Simply send a newsletter to a Gmail address, open it in Gmail, click the three dots on the right-hand side and click on Show Original.
You should then see something like the screenshot below. If SPF, DKIM and DMARC all say ‘PASS', then you won't need this particular service (consider a Deliverability Audit instead if you aren't getting your emails delivered). If, on the other hand, you get a ‘FAIL' message or one of the protocols (especially DMARC) is missing, you should consider booking it.

How does the setup process work?

Other examples of sending platforms include your helpdesk solution (such as Freshdesk or Zendesk) and contact form plugins in WordPress (like Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, etc.).
