It’s a familiar scenario for me in my own online store: a customer adds a unicorn horn to their cart, but doesn't make the purchase. The solution? I send them a friendly, unicorn-filled abandoned cart email, of course!
Lost sales due to abandoned carts are extremely common in ecommerce. But setting up abandoned cart recovery emails isn't always easy. Cart abandonment email software can simplify the process, but how do you choose the right one?
You've got two broad choices: the default email service on your ecommerce platform (like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Wix), or email software with abandoned shopping cart features.

An example of the abandoned cart emails I send through Shopify
Using your ecommerce platform’s default email is generally the easiest route, but it often lacks the advanced features that dedicated email software can provide. In fact, many ecommerce business owners find themselves quickly outgrowing their platform’s abandoned cart templates.
If you’re looking for advanced features, detailed analytics, or if you need the flexibility to integrate with multiple ecommerce platforms, we recommend getting started with email software built for ecommerce.
So, let’s take a closer look at some of the best software available for creating abandoned cart emails.
The Top 9 Cart Abandonment Software
Omnisend

Omnisend can automatically send abandoned cart emails directly to your ecommerce customers.
Omnisend is a popular option for abandoned cart emails, with over 5,000 reviews and a 4.8 star rating in the Shopify App Store.
It's one of the strongest options here if your main focus is ecommerce. Unlike more general email marketing tools, Omnisend's features are built around online store use cases, including abandoned carts, abandoned checkouts, browse abandonment, product recommendations, discount codes, SMS and web push.
For example, Omnisend lets you set up A/B testing to see what works best for your abandoned cart emails. You can send different email variations to see which version leads to more recovered carts.
Omnisend also lets you build abandoned cart workflows that go beyond email. You can add SMS and web push notifications into the same automation, which is useful if you want to follow up across multiple channels rather than relying on one cart reminder email.
It has also been adding AI features, including AI writing suggestions, AI-generated forms and an AI segment builder. These aren’t specific to abandoned carts, but they can help you create better signup forms, build recovery segments faster and polish the copy in your cart reminder emails.
We love that Omnisend gives you the ability to change the language of your campaign or auto-translate your email. If your customers are all over the world, you can create abandoned cart emails that will arrive in their language.
Best of all, you can use many automation features on the free plan, making Omnisend a top choice for recovering abandoned carts.
Pros
- Built specifically for ecommerce, with abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment and post-purchase automations
- All features are available on the free plan, including automations, segmentation, SMS, push notifications and forms
- Supports multi-channel recovery through email, SMS and web push
- Strong Shopify integration and generally positive customer feedback for ease of use, support and value
- Multilingual emails
- Affordable plans starting at $16 per month
Cons
- The abandoned products content block doesn’t let you exclude specific products. So, if you're having a sale and think an item might sell out, you can't stop it from being included in abandoned cart emails.
- Free plan is limited to 500 emails/month and 250 reachable contacts
- Omnisend needs to identify the shopper before it can trigger abandoned cart emails
- Costs can rise as your contact list grows
- Some users report limited design flexibility, reporting depth or integrations
Is Omnisend right for you?
Whether you sell on Shopify or another platform, we consider Omnisend a solid choice for ecommerce store owners. Omnisend can really take your abandoned cart emails to the next level with its A/B testing and multilingual features.

Klaviyo

Abandoned cart automations are found under “flows” on Klaviyo.
Klaviyo is one of the most advanced options for ecommerce stores that want to build abandoned cart flows around customer data. Rather than simply sending a generic reminder, Klaviyo lets you customize flows based on cart value, product data, purchase history, customer segments and engagement behavior.
In Klaviyo, abandoned cart automations are built as “flows.” These can include multiple emails, SMS messages, time delays and conditional splits, so you can treat high-value carts, repeat customers or first-time shoppers differently. For example, you could send a standard reminder first, then branch higher-value carts into a more persuasive sequence with product recommendations or an incentive.
Klaviyo's analytics dashboard provides key insights clearly. You can even view real-time responses to your emails worldwide on a map. Klaviyo's predictive analytics can suggest optimal email send times, potentially boosting conversions.
Klaviyo has also been building more AI into the platform. Some of this is directly useful for cart recovery, such as AI-assisted subject lines, predictive analytics and product recommendations.
One setup detail to be aware of: not every Klaviyo cart recovery flow is triggered at the same point. Many pre-built flows use “Started Checkout,” while “Added to Cart” flows can target shoppers earlier in the journey. For Shopify, you’ll need to enable behavioral event tracking to use Added to Cart, and BigCommerce users may need to set this up manually.
Another thing to keep in mind is that Klaviyo only offers limited onboarding support for users on the free plan. After that, you lose access to support unless an upgrade is purchased. If you want to stick with the free plan, be sure you can navigate Klaviyo independently before committing.
Pros
- Easy-to-read analytics dashboard provides useful data
- User-friendly drag-and-drop email builder and ability to add dynamic product recommendations
- Provides industry-specific email benchmark data for performance comparison
Cons
- The free plan only supports up to 250 contacts, which might be restrictive for growing businesses.
- Free users get email support for the first 60 days, after which they’ll need to rely more heavily on Klaviyo’s Help Center, Academy and Community unless they upgrade.
- Paid pricing scales based on profile count and channels used, so it can become expensive as your list and SMS usage grow. (Omnisend, which is Klaviyo's closest competitor, is considerably cheaper).
Is Klaviyo right for you?
Klaviyo is ideal for those who value analytics and are willing to pay a bit more for that data. If you’re looking to develop your abandoned cart emails based on numbers, not guesswork, Klaviyo could be a good choice for you. However, it’s less ideal if you just want the simplest or cheapest way to send a basic abandoned cart email.
ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign offers lots of attractive templates, and even a free design service for paid users.
ActiveCampaign has been in the email marketing game since 2003, and their decades of experience really show. Its strength is its powerful automation engine, and it’s especially useful if you want to combine abandoned cart emails with segmentation, purchase history, tags, site tracking, customer goals and follow-up automations.
ActiveCampaign’s abandoned cart automations can be triggered by cart abandonment events from your connected store. You can also make the flow more targeted by filtering based on the store, product, product category or cart value. The abandoned cart content block then pulls in the products left behind and adds a link back to the shopper’s cart.
ActiveCampaign provides a smooth interface, plus a variety of useful features for ecommerce store owners looking to send abandoned cart emails. It's great for setting up sophisticated automations and collecting new emails. Plus, the ability to tag and segment contacts can lead to more targeted marketing.
What’s great for ecommerce owners is that it offers deep data integrations with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento. This means you can sync your store’s customer, product, order, and shipping information with ActiveCampaign, allowing for ultra-targeted emails campaigns.
Like Omnisend and Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign can also support broader cross-channel journeys, including SMS and WhatsApp-related workflows. In recent years, ActiveCampaign has also become much more AI-focused. Its Active Intelligence features can help build campaigns, suggest automations and segments, generate content, recommend follow-ups and optimize send times.
One of our favorite features is ActiveCampaign’s free design service, which is included in all their Marketing plans. You get to pick from a variety of pre-set email templates, which they tailor to match your brand.
The customized template becomes a useful base for future email campaigns. And because they use a drag-and-drop email designer, you can easily tweak the template as you go.
Pros
- Powerful marketing automations, including pre-built automation templates
- Strong segmentation, tagging, goals and behavior-based automation
- Deep data integrations with major ecommerce platforms
- Active Intelligence adds AI campaign building, automation suggestions, content generation and optimization insights
- Good option for stores that want cart recovery as part of a broader customer journey
- Live chat support and one-on-one training available
Cons
- ActiveCampaign has no permanent free plan, only a 14-day trial. The Starter plan includes ecommerce integrations, but it limits automations to 5 actions, which may feel restrictive if you want a more sophisticated abandoned cart sequence. For serious ecommerce automation, Plus or higher is likely the more realistic starting point.
- You can only embed product blocks into your emails if you have a store with Shopify or WooCommerce
- More complex than simpler abandoned cart tools
- SMS, CRM features and some AI capabilities may require higher plans or add-ons
- More expensive than other platforms, and pricing can quickly increase as your contact list and feature needs grow
Is ActiveCampaign right for you?
ActiveCampaign is a strong choice if you want abandoned cart emails to be part of a more sophisticated automation strategy. It’s especially useful for stores that want to segment customers by behavior, cart value, product interest, purchase history and engagement, then build follow-up journeys around those signals.

GetResponse

GetResponse feels modern and easy to navigate.
GetResponse is a powerful email marketing tool that packs a variety of features. Alongside cart recovery, it gives you landing pages, funnels, automation workflows, web push notifications, AI tools and, on higher plans, webinars and creator-focused features.
GetResponse includes a dedicated abandoned cart campaign option within its ecommerce campaigns. You can start from a ready-made abandoned cart template or build the campaign from scratch, then use automation to remind shoppers about the products they left behind.
It also includes useful supporting features such as promo codes, product recommendations, revenue tracking and web push notifications. That makes it more flexible than a basic abandoned cart plugin, especially if you want to connect cart recovery to wider sales campaigns.
We’re particularly impressed by GetResponse’s conversion funnel feature, which tracks the customer's journey and identifies when carts are abandoned. With this info, you can identify any bottlenecks in your checkout process that may be causing customers to abandon their carts. This could be unexpected shipping costs, a complex checkout process, or even website performance issues.
GetResponse's AI Email Generator is also a valuable tool for ecommerce store owners. Similar to ChatGPT, it creates high-performing email content automatically, saving time and reducing the need for specialized copywriting skills. It also offers AI-powered product recommendations, which automatically suggests products that are likely to interest each shopper based on behavior and purchase history, although note that this is restricted to the higher-tier MAX plan.
GetResponse integrates with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce, making it possible to import product data, track sales and trigger recovery campaigns. However, stores that want very deep ecommerce segmentation or Shopify-native workflows may still find tools like Klaviyo or Omnisend more specialized.
Unlike most email software, GetResponse can integrate with Etsy. You can't send abandoned cart emails to Etsy customers directly, but you can use your Etsy product details in marketing emails. This is useful for those who are selling on Etsy but planning to move to another platform, or for those who have both an Etsy store and a separate website. (Like me!)
Pros
- Conversion funnel can help you identify issues customers are having at checkout
- AI email generation saves time and brainpower
- Good range of templates available
- Includes promo codes, product recommendations, revenue tracking and web push notifications on relevant plans
- Strong all-in-one toolkit with email marketing, landing pages, funnels, automation and AI tools
- Useful if you want cart recovery to support wider sales campaigns, lead funnels or webinars
- Good automation capabilities for the price compared with some advanced competitors
- Integration with Etsy
Cons
- Abandoned cart emails can't be sent directly to Etsy customers.
- GetResponse has a free trial, but abandoned cart recovery is not available on the entry-level Starter plan. To access ecommerce tools such as abandoned cart recovery, promo codes, product recommendations and revenue tracking, you’ll need the Marketer plan or higher.
- Not as ecommerce-specialized as Omnisend or Klaviyo
- The platform may feel too broad if all you need is a simple cart recovery sequence
- Pricing scales by contact count and plan, so costs can rise as your list grows
- Some advanced features, such as SMS or more personalized support, are reserved for higher-tier/custom plans
Is GetResponse right for you?
GetResponse is a good choice if you want abandoned cart recovery as part of a wider marketing platform. It's especially strong for ecommerce store owners who need to understand when and why customers abandon carts, and have the extra budget to invest in a premium email marketing service. Anyone who needs help with email creation will find GetResponse's AI tool very useful. Plus, the Etsy integration is great for sellers moving away from Etsy or managing multiple platforms.

MailerLite

I like how MailerLite tags ecommerce emails, so I can quickly find what’s most relevant for my store.
MailerLite covers the essentials well: ecommerce triggers, pre-built automation templates, product blocks, landing pages, pop-ups and an easy workflow editor.
Its approach to abandoned cart emails is simple and effective. It provides a ready-to-use automation workflow and template specifically for abandoned cart emails, making it easy for beginners to set up. After choosing the abandoned cart trigger, you can set the delay, design the recovery email, and add an abandoned cart block that automatically displays the products left in the shopper’s cart. You can also add follow-up emails if the first reminder doesn’t get clicked.
It has also added AI tools that can help with cart recovery copy, including an AI writing assistant, and Smart Sending, which can help send campaigns at a better time for each subscriber.
What's more, MailerLite provides handy tags for ecommerce emails, perfect for store owners looking to easily access the messages they need.
In general, MailerLite has a solid set of analytics features that let you check how well your abandoned cart emails are doing. You can see how many people open your emails, click on links, and end up buying, which helps you make your future emails even better.
Abandoned cart automations are available when MailerLite is connected to supported ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and PrestaShop. However, the trade-off is that MailerLite is lighter than dedicated ecommerce platforms, so you won’t get the same depth of segmentation, predictive analytics, product recommendations, SMS recovery or revenue reporting that you’ll find in tools like Klaviyo or Omnisend.
Unlike Mailchimp (which I explore in more detail below), MailerLite does include automations on the free plan. However, free users are limited to 5 automation steps, so it’s best suited to a simple cart recovery flow rather than a long, multi-step sequence.
Pros
- Very easy to use compared with more advanced ecommerce platforms
- Quick and easy setup of abandoned cart emails with a ready-to-go automation template, and an abandoned cart block that automatically pulls abandoned products into the email
- Free plan, and affordable paid plans starting at $19 per month
- Gives small stores a lot of supporting tools in one place. You can build landing pages, pop-ups and signup forms, sell digital products, take bookings and run email automations without needing a large marketing stack.
Cons
- Some ecommerce automation features are missing, like browse abandonment (where you email those who have viewed a product but not added it to their cart), and back-in-stock notifications (where customers can sign up to be notified when a product becomes available again)
- Templates are not available on the free plan
- Free plan automation is limited to 5 steps
- Less advanced ecommerce segmentation, reporting and personalization
Is MailerLite right for you?
MailerLite is ideal if you want straightforward, user-friendly software for handling abandoned cart emails. If you value simplicity, you might prefer MailerLite over other platforms that require more manual setup for abandoned cart emails. Check out how more advanced tools like Klaviyo compare to MailerLite.

Brevo

Brevo allows you to create your own automation, or use one of their popular pre-built options.
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) is a great budget-friendly option for automating abandoned cart emails, especially if you want abandoned cart recovery as part of a broader, affordable marketing platform. It’s not the most ecommerce-specialized platform, but it gives you a useful mix of email automation, SMS, transactional emails, segmentation, CRM and ecommerce integrations, without charging purely based on list size.
Brevo uses its tracking script to detect when an identified contact leaves products in their cart without completing the purchase. You can then trigger an abandoned cart workflow, choose the delay, and send either a single reminder or a multi-step email sequence. Brevo also supports useful ecommerce follow-ups beyond cart recovery, such as automated back-in-stock alerts.
Although Brevo integrates with all the major ecommerce platforms, it's especially interesting for WooCommerce users. Its WooCommerce plugin can sync contacts, orders and products, track abandoned carts and purchases, trigger post-purchase and abandoned cart workflows, send transactional emails through Brevo SMTP, and even support SMS campaigns and live chat.
We love that Brevo provides an ecommerce dashboard for tracking orders, revenue, and real-time cart activities. This is very handy if you’re looking for business insights at a glance, without digging through complicated data reports. (Keep in mind that only new Shopify users and those using Brevo's API can access the ecommerce dashboard, although this feature will be available for other platforms in the future.)
Brevo also has a wider multi-channel toolkit than many budget tools, including SMS, web push notifications and WhatsApp campaigns.
One of Brevo’s biggest advantages is its pricing model. Unlike many ecommerce email tools, Brevo is less punishing if you have a large contact database but don’t email everyone frequently. That can make it a cost-effective option for stores with lots of customers, occasional campaigns, or a mix of marketing and transactional emails.
If you don’t mind their logo at the bottom of your emails, Brevo has some solid abandoned cart tools available on its free plan. These include A/B testing, send time optimization, and customer segmentation.
Pros
- Easy-to-read analytics dashboard for Shopify users
- Abandoned cart emails can be created on the free plan (with Brevo’s logo at the bottom)
- Free plan includes 300 daily emails, up to 100,000 stored contacts and automation for up to 2,000 contacts
- Affordable plans starting at $29 per month, and pricing is less dependent on list size than many ecommerce email tools
- Strong WooCommerce plugin with cart tracking, order/product sync, transactional emails, SMS and live chat
- Includes broader marketing tools: CRM, SMS, WhatsApp, web push, forms and transactional email
- Aura AI assistant can help generate cart recovery copy and subject lines
Cons
- Brevo can sync your product listings, but it doesn’t support information on product variants
- If you’re not on Shopify, you can’t access the analytics dashboard (yet)
- Not as ecommerce-specialized as Klaviyo or Omnisend
- Free plan is limited by daily sends and automation contact limits
- Full marketing automation, A/B testing, advanced reports and AI send-time optimization require Standard or higher
- Advanced ecommerce segmentation, product recommendations and revenue reporting are not as deep as specialist platforms
Is Brevo right for you?
Brevo is best for small and mid-sized stores that want affordable abandoned cart recovery without committing to an expensive ecommerce marketing platform. It’s especially appealing if you use WooCommerce, send transactional emails, or want email, SMS, CRM and automation in one place. We consider Brevo’s free plan to be one of the best free options available.
Mailchimp

Get a head start on your abandoned cart emails by using Mailchimp’s “pre-built journey”
Mailchimp is one of the best-known email marketing platforms around, and while it isn’t an ecommerce-first tool in the same way as Omnisend or Klaviyo, it does offer a solid set of cart abandonment features.
To build abandoned cart automations that remind shoppers to come back and complete their purchase, you can use Mailchimp's ready-made customer journey templates, or build your own flow with triggers, delays, conditions and follow-up messages. For example, you could send a first reminder a few hours after the cart is abandoned, then follow up later with a discount or product recommendation.
Recently, Mailchimp has been adding more AI support to its automation tools. With Intuit AI, you can generate automation flows for abandoned carts, product-specific abandoned carts, and even price-drop reminders for items left in a cart.
You can also use Mailchimp to create abandoned cart SMS flows, or combined email and SMS recovery journeys. However, you’ll need the right SMS setup, double opt-ins enabled, and a supported ecommerce integration, so it’s not quite as plug-and-play as a simple abandoned cart email.
Mailchimp gives you access to broader ecommerce features, including segmentation, product recommendations, purchase-based automation, customer journeys and reporting. However, there are a few important caveats. First, abandoned cart automations are not available on Mailchimp’s free plan, which is now limited to 250 contacts and 500 monthly email sends. If cart recovery is a key reason you’re considering Mailchimp, you should assume you’ll need a paid plan.
Pricing is another drawback. Mailchimp can become expensive as your list grows, and since pricing is based on contact tiers, it may not be the most cost-effective choice for smaller stores with growing audiences. The interface can also feel quite busy, partly because Mailchimp tries to cover so many different marketing needs in one platform.
It’s also worth checking your ecommerce integration carefully. Shopify and WooCommerce are well supported, but not every store platform gets access to the same ecommerce automation features. For example, Mailchimp’s BigCommerce integration does not support abandoned cart automation.
Overall, Mailchimp is a decent choice for abandoned cart emails if you already use it, or if you want cart recovery as part of a broader email and SMS marketing setup. Its AI-assisted journeys and multichannel recovery options make it stronger than it used to be. But if abandoned cart recovery is your main priority, ecommerce-focused tools like Omnisend or Klaviyo may still feel more streamlined and better suited to online stores.
Pros
- Ready-made abandoned cart journeys, with AI-assisted flow creation
- Can support both email and SMS cart recovery
- Strong ecommerce features for supported platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce
- Good option if you want cart recovery as part of a wider marketing platform
Cons
- Abandoned cart automations are not available on the free plan
- Pricing can rise quickly as your contact list grows
- The interface can feel cluttered compared with simpler ecommerce tools
- Some ecommerce integrations have limitations, including BigCommerce
Is Mailchimp right for you?
Mailchimp is a good fit if you want more than a simple abandoned cart email. Its automation flows, AI-assisted templates, product-specific abandoned cart triggers and SMS options make it a stronger ecommerce recovery tool than it used to be.

Drip

Abandoned cart automations are found under “Workflows” on Drip.
Drip is more ecommerce-focused and automation-heavy than a simple newsletter tool, but generally leaner and less overwhelming than the most advanced enterprise-style platforms.
It stands out with what it calls a “customer-first approach” to ecommerce emails. One way they do this is by leveraging behavioral segmentation for abandoned cart emails.
Rather than sending the same generic email to everyone, Drip allows you to group customers based on their browsing behavior, previous purchases, and website interactions. These segments allow for highly personalized emails and a true customer-centered approach.
Another feature that is worth mentioning is Drip’s advanced abandoned cart workflow. This is a pre-designed automation sequence with three emails that can be sent after a cart has been abandoned. Sometimes one abandoned cart email just isn’t enough!
Drip also gives ecommerce stores useful recovery flows beyond carts. Browse abandonment workflows can follow up when someone repeatedly views a product without buying, while price-drop notifications can bring shoppers back when products they viewed or abandoned become cheaper.
For Shopify users, Drip has also updated its cart tracking setup. Newly installed Shopify abandoned cart workflows now include the “Updated a Cart” trigger, while existing users can add it to older workflows. This is worth noting if you’re reviewing Drip based on an older setup.
Drip’s pricing is simpler than many ecommerce email tools: there are no major feature tiers, and your cost is mainly based on active people and email volume. Plans currently start at $39/month for up to 2,500 people, with unlimited email sends on paid plans. There’s also a free trial with no credit card required, although unlimited sends are not included during the trial.
Pros
- Ecommerce-first platform with strong abandoned cart workflows (supports cart recovery, browse abandonment and price-drop notifications)
- Good fit for Shopify and WooCommerce stores
- Strong segmentation features for more personalized emails
- All features are accessible regardless of your plan; costs only increase with more subscribers. Plans start at $39 per month
- Useful support and onboarding options, especially for larger stores
Cons
- In our testing, we felt the user interface somewhat challenging to navigate
- No permanent free plan
- Starts at a higher entry price than budget tools like MailerLite or Brevo
- Less of an all-in-one marketing suite than GetResponse, Brevo or ActiveCampaign
- AI is not as prominent as it is in some newer competitor offerings
Is Drip right for you?
Drip is great for online store owners who know their customers well and want to use that knowledge to send more personalized messages. Drip might also be a good option if you’re finding that your conversion rates are low after sending just one abandoned cart email, and you want to set up a multi-mail campaign.
SmartrMail

SmartrMail offers abandoned cart features like multi-mail campaigns and product recommendations.
SmartrMail is built specifically for ecommerce stores, especially Shopify merchants who want email and SMS automations without having to build everything from scratch (although it also supports BigCommerce and WooCommerce stores). It offers a basic, no-frills email marketing service with a few notable features for abandoned cart emails, including automated abandoned cart flows using email and SMS.
Once you connect your ecommerce store, SmartrMail automatically pulls your brand colors, fonts, etc. from your website to create branded email templates. From there, you can customize and add content while keeping your branding consistent.
SmartrMail can also add product recommendations to abandoned cart emails based on data from your store. This useful feature not only reminds customers of items they left in their cart, but also suggests other products they might like. This could potentially lead to higher order values.
One of SmartrMail’s more interesting features is its AI-generated product recommendation newsletters. Instead of manually choosing products for every campaign, SmartrMail can help create product-based emails personalized to each subscriber, based on store and customer data.
Beyond abandoned carts, SmartrMail supports a useful range of ecommerce automations, including welcome emails, browse abandonment, back-in-stock alerts, win-back campaigns, thank-you emails, cross-sells, upsells and review requests.
SmartrMail also stands out for its hands-on support. The company promotes free migration from platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp, plus help setting up flows, templates and campaigns. For merchants who want ecommerce email marketing but don’t want to manage everything themselves, this could be a real advantage.
Pros
- Built specifically for ecommerce, especially Shopify stores
- Abandoned cart automation with email and SMS
- Broader ecommerce automations, including browse abandonment, back-in-stock, win-back, cross-sell and upsell emails
- Automatic generation of on-brand email templates
- AI-generated newsletters with personalized product recommendations
Cons
- No way to automatically tag subscribers
- Smaller ecosystem than Klaviyo, Omnisend or Mailchimp
- Pro plan starts at $99/month, so the more hands-on features are not entry-level
- Shopify users are likely to get the strongest experience compared with other platforms
Is SmartrMail right for you?
If you sell on Shopify, BigCommerce, or Maropost, and don’t need advanced automation features, SmartrMail could be a good option for you. But we don’t recommend SmartrMail for WooCommerce users, due to the lack of plugin updates.
